Introduction
Doctor Haus is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its users in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Processing principles
Personal data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently; collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes; adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary; accurate and kept up to date; kept for no longer than necessary; processed in a manner ensuring appropriate security.
Data subject rights
Under Articles 15-22 GDPR, the data subject has the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent at any time.
Security measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security proportionate to the risk, including pseudonymization, encryption and access management.
Data Protection Officer (DPO)
The DPO can be contacted at dpo@doctor-haus.com. The DPO is the point of contact for all communications regarding personal data processing and the exercise of data subjects' rights.
Complaints
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if they believe that the processing violates the GDPR.
